David N. Kirk

David N. Kirk is a partner at law firm, McGuireWoods and an adviser to FCI. He advises clients on all aspects of financial crime investigations. Prior to joining McGuireWoods in early 2014, David was chief criminal counsel at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), overseeing the financial crime investigations and prosecutions of the FCA.
Between 2006 and 2009 he was director of the Fraud Prosecution Service. For 20 years prior to 2006, David was a partner in international law firms in the City of London where he advised corporate clients on fraud compliance issues and investigations. He has also advised the UK Attorney General and the Director of Public Prosecutions on criminal matters. David has served as liaison with European and US authorities, and worked alongside the UK Economic Crime Agency.
Michael Bryant
Managing director, InteDelta
Michael Bryant is managing director of InteDelta, a consulting firm which specialises in risk management. Michael consults on risk methodology, policies and systems and he has advised over forty financial institutions in these areas.
Prior to co-founding InteDelta Michael was a managing director and Head of Financial Markets Credit Risk Measurement at ING Bank in London, where he was responsible for defining methodologies for the quantification of risk on ING’s trading portfolio. Michael holds a degree in physics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in London. InteDelta is an FCI partner.
